Weather in Chandigarh has become pleasant after rain lashed most parts of the city in the past 24 hours. 11.2 mm of rain was recorded on Saturday and Sunday, according to the Meteorological Department. The maximum and minimum temperatures have been brought down. The maximum temperature was recorded at 31°C, one degree below normal and the minimum temperature was 21.7°C, two degrees below normal.
The Meteorological Department has predicted that the cloudy weather will continue for four more days. The minimum temperature is expected to stay at around 24°C and the maximum temperature is expected to reach 35°C in the next four-five days.
