roses. The Rose Garden has a 30-acre plot of land, and every year a festival is held there in February.
This Festival was started by Mohinder Singh Randhawa, who had a keen interest in Horticulture and
Gardening.
The much-awaited annual Rose Fest of Chandigarh is going to start on 17th February this
year(2023). The UT Tourism Department set up an amusement park and food outlets in Leisure
