PGIMER Admissions 2021: The admission process for BSc Nursing and BSc Nursing post-basic course has commenced. Check it out on the official website of PGIMER i.e. pgmier.edu.in 

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, here is some good news for those who want to take admission in BSc Nursing and BSc Nursing Post-Basic Courses. Under PGIMER admission session 2021, the application process for four year BSc course has been started. Students who want to take admission in these programs can easily apply online by visiting  pgimer.edu. The admissions are open till 24 June. 

Similar to the previous process, all the students need to pass the entrance exam. Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, will conduct the required test on 31 July. It is important to mention here that the exam will be computer-based. If you are looking for the number of seats then 93 seats are available for BSC Nursing and 62 seats for BSC Nursing Post-Basic.

PGIMER Admissions 2021- How to Apply? 

Step – 1

Click to the official website of pgimer.edu.in 

Step- 2 

Click at the ‘Information for candidates’ tab and then open the Notice and Application link for B.Sc Nursing (4 Years) and B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic).

Step- 3

Now, click on the particular application form by selecting one.

Fill in all your details for new registration. After registration, log in with your ID password that has come on your registered mobile.

Step- 5

Now fill the PGIMER application fees and download a copy of the filled form. Keep it safe with you. This may help you in the future.

Exam Pattern for PGIMER Chandigarh Admissions

The question paper will include 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The topics of the questions will include subjects like Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology, and General Knowledge (GK). Each question will be of one mark. Students must take care while attempting the question as there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks. That means after attempting a wrong question you will lose marks. Candidates will get one and a half hours for the written test. The PGIMER Nursing Entrance Test result will be aired by 9th August.
